Info For Sellers
My team of agents, escrow coordinators, painters, stagers, photographers, and contractors all work together to get ready for the big day your property goes on the market.
As your real estate agent, I am dedicated to understanding your unique needs and goals. I will work tirelessly to ensure that you find the perfect buyer for your property.
Where do we start?
Single sellers, couples, families, and beneficiaries each have circumstances that will inform their priorities. I listen to my sellers to identify their needs and communicate regularly so there is never any wondering about what’s going on.
I will help you determine which fixes will provide the most value and can help arrange and attend to all of these in the course of preparing, so you don’t have to worry about it or leave work to make the appointments happen.
These are my suggestions of things to consider as you get ready to sell. Again, though, your priorities and the current market will inform which, if any, or all of these items make sense in your case.
I’ve got your back.
Painting
The number one thing I suggest is repainting inside and out if possible. A fresh coat can go a long way in making a home feel clean and modern. Consider painting rooms that are particularly dingy or outdated, or repainting rooms in neutral colors that will appeal to a wide range of buyers.
Curb Appeal
The first impression a buyer has of your home is the exterior. Make sure the landscaping is well-maintained, the front door is clean and welcoming, and any outdoor lighting fixtures are in good working order.
Staging
Staging the home can help potential buyers envision themselves living in the space, and can make the home more attractive to a wider range of buyers. This can include decluttering, deep cleaning, and making minor repairs and updates.
Repair or Replace
Structural issues, including a leaky roof, foundation cracks, or substantial plumbing and electrical issues can be intimidating for buyers, so fixing them ahead of time can make a big difference.
Should I Stay or Should I Go Now?
Ultimately it’s up to you if you want to move out or live in while your property is up for sale. If you can move out, though, it’s easier for staging the home, greatly increases showings, and is far more secure and convenient for you.
Once the property is ready, we’ll begin the marketing process.

Matt Flynn was an amazing agent to work with.
He was always available to answer my questions and he went to extreme lengths to help me sell my home.
He even helped me pack my home, get contractors in, stage it and get it ready for showings. Matt Flynn has my recommendation and I am telling all my friends about him!
